China orders construction of a national blockchain network as part of new technology integration plan
Beijing on October 21 released formal guidance that directs central and local authorities to build a nationwide blockchain network alongside an integrated computing power platform, signalling a coordinated push to embed distributed ledger technology into industrial infrastructure while excluding token markets.
